Beautiful Day

Oh, what a beautiful day we had!  It was almost EIGHTY degrees here in our neck of the woods.  I put clothes on the line, Mike worked in the garage and yard, and the kids came in to eat and rest briefly before going back outside to live.  They played in the sand, the water, on the trampoline, the swing set, the merry-go-round...games of baseball, golf, frisbee, basketball...
We had some visitors come by and the kids had a rotation of friends to play with much of the day.  Finally at 8:30 tonight we drug them in and ran them through much needed showers. 

I had to stop and blog about the beauty of today because Monday's forecast is quite grim for mid-April {39 degrees with a few snow showers...SNOW SHOWERS!?}

A quick snapshot of my humid haired curly headed boy...I love what the hot weather does to his hair!
