We had a late start to our homeschool morning today but we still chugged through and knocked out what needed to be done. We even found time for some impromptu art. Probably not a world class art lesson but it was FUN and we did it together so that was worth a lot!
Our guide was Ed Emberley's Complete Funprint Drawing Book that I snagged when I ordered curriculum for the fall.
We did animals and vehicles...Natalee preferring the animals and Xavier preferring the transportation funprints.

It was fun to watch the kids focus on something fun for awhile. I've promised them more tomorrow!
