Xavier's Family Birthday

We had grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins over to celebrate our boy on the Sunday following Xavier's birthday.  He was very excited to roast hot dogs (that's what he always wants to do) and we balanced our time outside and inside because of the muggy weather.
We're always so thankful when our siblings and parents are willing to set aside a few ours to celebrate the life of one of our children - after all, what is a birthday if not a celebration of life?

We did hot dogs, chips, fruit, and veggies and Grandma Num sprung for birthday donuts so I didn't have to bake.
The days following a birthday are almost as fun, aren't, they - with new things to keep you busy?
Grandma Num found dye free TMNT cereal - what a treat!

We've done a lot of boxing, light saber fighting, he painted and has been racing cars, and has been putting miles on his bike.  He's had new clothes to wear everyday!  As soon as his bike returns from ND on the camper he has bike lights from Nannie and Vance to install - they also treated him to a gift certificate to Amazon which is pretty fun because he always has things he "needs."  He hasn't used it yet, which surprises me, but I know he will soon.
I think Xavier felt very loved and celebrated on his birthday!  Thanks everyone!  We love you, too.
