We had a great trip up to ND to visit my family. Day one was half the leg of the driving journey.
Such a van full...
Breakfast time! We like to get a couple of hours of driving in before we stop.
This trip I learned that I prefer to stop at a nice rest stop and let everyone stretch and potty and then have Mike pull off again to fuel. It's too hard to get a good stretch in at a busy gas station.
We sprung for a hotel with a water park and spent the afternoon and evening splashing!
Why can't everyone look at once??
Zayden was not a fan at first (I think the echo of the room) but warmed up with Daddy's patience.
All three big kids LOVED the big water slide when they turned it on. Natalee proved to be brave enough to go without her puddle jumper and did it many times.
We finished that night off with pizza delivery that everyone inhaled!
