Mia has been practicing her sitting skills for quite awhile but just in the last couple of days has she perfected them enough for me to say "okay, you got this girl."
I usually put the boppy around her for protection in case she falls back but this morning she even proved to me that she knew enough to hold her head up when she toppled so it didn't hit the floor and to try to turn to her side instead of falling straight backwards.
She even dances when she sits, which is the cutest thing ever.
Five days shy of six months old!
