More Than Workbooks

Good education is so much more than workbooks.  It's touching real things, seeing concepts in real life, and applying them to everyday living.

Using Inchimals (later we used other, everyday objects) to learn about longer/shorter this morning:

 

He ordered them shortest to longest 1-5 and then got stumped so we had to split them in half and do 6-10 separately before combining:

Let us not grow weary with worksheets...learning comes in lots of forms!
