LEGOS

Legos, legos, everywhere.
Legos, legos, in my hair.
More like, under my feet.
Ahhhhh!

Xavier is loving the regular size "little" Legos this lately.  Last night he played for TWO hours just building, singing, taking apart, and reassembling his creations.

When something that is not electronic keeps a child's interest THAT long a mother would be hard pressed to say anything about little blocks scattered all about the floor.  That same mother would also be giddy when she snags a Lay-n-Go for 40% off to keep the Legos contained and help with the "dump them to see all the pieces/pick them up every night" dilemma.

I love this creative little boy.  The Lego catalog has been a favorite of his lately and he's hoping for a new set or two for his birthday!  We went to Toys R Us just to look last week and he browsed and drooled a lot!  I'm loving the Lego Juniors sets because they have the regular small sized pieces but aren't as in depth and frustrating for a little guy to put together.  He and Natalee still build with the Duplos some, but for Xavier, the world of the regular Legos is taking over.  Nothing beats a good Lego brick!
