Beeler Reunion + Xavier's Golf Debut

August 19 was the Beeler Family Reunion.  Mike had to work, which meant I was flying solo.  I took exactly one picture...
Shortly after this picture, this little dolly told me she didn't feel good.  AJ had spent the previous day with us and had ended up with a fever, and the girls had played together all day, so I wasn't altogether shocked when Mia said she didn't feel well.  The big kids were having a great time and I hated to leave, so I called Grandma Num to see if she and Papa had a couch for this little sugar to rest on.  They said of course and came into town and picked her up.  Thank you, Grandma and Papa.
Mia wanted to feel better - many tears were shed over not being able to "have fun" with everyone and go to the weenie roast at Aunt Penny's but she had a fever and mama said, "no." I picked her up mid afternoon after Daddy got home and he took the others to the weenie roast.  Even though she was sad, she didn't last long.

Xavier got to hang out with Brody at the reunion and then Brody and his mom offered to take him golfing.  He was over the moon excited at the invitation.  Raven sent me videos and pics, and Xavier was still chattering on and on about the adventure days later.
We're always appreciate when others make an effort to love on one of our kiddos and see them as an individual instead of "just one of many."
Thank you, Raven and Brody!
