Mike had to work on Sunday at his college's remote campus and his schedule was light so he took along his little miniature buddy. They spent the night at my aunt's house, closer to the campus, and went to the office bright and early at 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Xavier chose their clothes when they packed and was so proud to match his daddy. Mike said he was very well behaved and Xavier reported that they had a busy day of "fixing switches, fixing laptops, and checking on some things."
Daddy obviously gave him generous breaks, too, and I think even sprung for pizza for lunch!
What a fun weekend for Xavier. How blessed I am that my children have a Daddy who is willing to create these opportunities, even when it would be easier to leave them all home with Mom!
