Evalynn's First Easter

Ah, darling, I wish we could have shared you with our families today.
First Easters are supposed to be for learning traditions, getting loves, and being off schedule.
Today you had a good day, but your adventurous spirit earned you a couple new bruises and scrapes.  If we'd celebrated in our normal fashion surrounded by family, you wouldn't have been put down long enough to bruise your precious self.
But we did our best, didn't we, baby Evie?  We smiled and we made memories, and we reminded ourselves that others' sacrifices are far greater than ours.
Happy first Easter, Evalynn Nancy.  You are pure sunshine, and we are so thankful for you.
