A Wonderful Week!

This week shaped up to be quite a delight.  There were some definite discouraging moments, but there were some really great ones, too.
The tornado bottle was a hit with everyone!

Leftover homemade fresh fruit smoothie = homemade popsicles!
Ameliya got pig tails!  So cute!

Baby in a suit.  So cute!
Last Sunday (the 10th) Zayden and I went shopping for some clothes for him.  There were cute things but not in his size!  But we looked darling, didn't we?

Zayden is getting quite vocal!
Xavier continues to practice his blending...his lashes are also so dreamy.  What a kid.

Natalee had to stay home from JAM Wednesday so she used that opportunity to try out her melty beads.  She made a really cute little design! (PS - What do we do with the designs once we've melted them??  Hang them?  Lay them around?  What is the exact purpose?)

This is funny - and sad.  I promise I only did it these times...
Natalee dressed us all in lime on Thursday.  A little yoga...

teething...sigh...

Writing in her thankful journal in the sunshine.

Ameliya earned a nap on her rest mat (vs her bed).  She fell asleep like a big girl and was so sweet.
Sleeping babies...Zayden is on the couch.
Zayden likes to be read to!
And is still practicing his sitting!
I wish how I feel about life wasn't so affected by the temperature and weather but it is.  I love sunshine and the end of this week was just gorgeous.  We only came in when we had to, and that didn't mean for eating!  (PS - those homemade silicone popsicle molds are AWESOME!)
Ameliya managed to weasel me back outside after she was in her PJS for some swinging.

Friday morning we had co-op PE.  We then stayed at the park to eat a picnic and the kids played right up until nap time.
Look at that big group of kids!
After nap we went right back out for some kite flying.
Yesterday Natalee and I went and did a little shopping and then went to Emma's dance recital.  She's sure a beauty to watch...
Mike also taught baby cakes to play peek a boo - smartie!
Today was brought to you by {you guessed it} the great outdoors.  Thank you, Jesus, for this weather!
Snacks outside...and then I brought out a big bucket of ice to play in.
 Organic Mum Mum rice rusk...
And ice - it felt so good!
 He loves the outdoors!
Daddy gets the patience award - he's working on teaching Natalee to ride a bike for the 4th year in a row.

Then the big kids did a little messy play...Ameliya watched in disgust!
(but when I ask her not to paint in her ketchup she's soooo offended)
There are some showers in this coming week's forecast but also warm temps and sunshine!  Spring may have officially sprung (and the furnace is off!).
