Easter at Grandma and Papa Tallman's

We gathered at Grandma Cindy and Papa Curtis's a couple weeks before Easter to celebrate the holiday and a couple of spring birthdays.

Missouri bound!
We had a delicious lunch with way too much food (but we didn't complain) and then Grandma gave out instructions for the egg hunt.  Missouri actually got an inch or so of snow overnight but it melted off before the hunt, just leaving soupy mud.
Time to check eggs....and look through Grandma's epic treat swag bags!
First Easter....then birthdays!  Artie turns 2 mid April and Mia 9 at the end of March.

Art supplies and an outfit for her American Girl doll for Mia...
Stomp cars for Artie...
It was a full day of playing, visiting, and enjoying each other.
And the proof was in the puddin......
(She was going to "read" this chapter book like the big kids...but instead she cashed out holding it.  When she woke up midway home she said, "whew! that was a good book."  She slays me.)
