Saturday was fun from start to finish! The day started early, because Zayden likes to get up with the birds lately. This time, the early bird got to have the fun, because his early wake up earned him a trip with Daddy in Papa's borrowed truck to get a new pool. Daddy said he liked to sit up big and see the traffic, but alas, he tuckered out on the way home!
Mid morning, Adelyn came over with Kea and Miguel for some water play. We filled the water table and the new pool and, even though it was chilly, the kids had a great time for the most part!
After the kids got out of the water and dried off some, we fed them lunch and Daddy and the little ones napped. Yay for naps!
After naps it was to Papa George's and Granny's for supper and some baseball. We didn't have quite enough kids to make a game, but luckily our friends are neighbors of Papa and Granny's so we invited them over to play.
After everyone was thoroughly hot and sweaty, Granny treated them to ice cream! We were completely sacked - baths and bed felt fantastic!
