Thanksgiving Weekend

Our Thanksgiving weekend was full and fun!

Thursday we were with Mike's family for lunch.
The kids took their Wampanoag and Pilgrim homesteads to show the family.

We went out to my folks' that evening for desserts and drinks and to be together.
The boys lost a car under the pantry door and were trying to devise a plan for it's retrieval.

Friday was gorgeous.  Like warm beautiful weather.  We worked outside and played and rode bikes in the morning and early afternoon.

After naps we went over to Lance's mom's surprise birthday party and got to pick up Theo and bring him back for the night!
These two love each other.  Look at him look at her.

Breakfast Time!

Theo left mid morning on Saturday and we went over to Mike's folks' for lunch and to play.
Zayden had to take a nappy and laid right down on the dining room floor when I asked him to, in the midst of life.
The kids decorated Sara's tree.

And then we went outside and played.

We went to Aunt Beth's for supper Saturday night and the kids enjoyed playing with their cousins!

Sunday after church we put up our Christmas tree.
Mia's the only one brave enough to let daddy hold her up to do the star.

And that was the weekend.  Full of family and love and fun and memories!

Happy 2nd Birthday, Zayden!

Our sweet Zayden turned 2 last week.  Daddy took the day off work and we celebrated quietly all day long!
Gluten free chocolate muffins for lunch dessert!

Zayden really digs candles and singing.  He he.

On Sunday we had Zayden's aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents over for a little celebration.  We did pizzas and easy sides and had a nice time shoving everyone into our home.

Presents...Zayden was a most grateful and sweet little recipient.
Look at his happy little face.
So far, the bike is still in the house....

Look at this baby....oh sweet boy, what a treasure you are to us!
