Natalee was lucky enough to get a Saturday to turn 15! We began the day with tater tot breakfast casserole and then she opted to do Saturday morning cartoons versus choosing a Christmas movie, which was in the advent calendar.
But first, a couple of presents.
Many wishes for decades more birthdays, Natalee!Natalee had a card from Aunt Kea and Uncle Miguel and one from Grandma and Papa Tallman. Lucky mail day!
The afternoon was just kind of normal. Natalee opened a couple more gifts.
The kids played and read and then Natalee and I prepped to pick up some of her friends to go to supper and a movie. The family met us at Natalee's choice {Chick-Fil-A} for supper and then the fam went home and I took the girls to see Journey to Bethlehem.
The movie was cute - not historically accurate but a different perspective - and gave the girls and I some talking points as we walked over to the coffee shop to get a scoop of ice cream to finish out our evening.Of course, pictures in the Christmas tree arch. Makes a great photo backdrop!
The girls model walked back to the bus - don't look at us walking against the sign. The square was barren! It was a privilege to play chauffer to these sweet girls and to hear their laughter and chatter from the back of the bus.
