I shot this series of pictures Monday night. Mike was trying to spend as much time with the Little Miss as he could because he knew he was leaving Tuesday night for a technology conference followed by a junior high youth group trip which will land him home past midnight on Saturday. Some may say she's too little to know the difference but I'm here to tell you that when Natalee heard her daddy's voice on the speakerphone tonight her legs got to kicking and her face lit up. She knows...and she loves you, Daddy (mommy loves you, too!). Have a safe drive to Columbia and St. Louis tomorrow. Hugs and kisses from your girls!
Somehow, husbands seem even more cute when they become dads.
